3. Where will my goods be stored?

Your stock is stored in a clean, secure, and well-organised fulfilment centre. We use modern racking systems, clear zoning, and barcode scanning to ensure full traceability and efficient handling.

4. Is the warehouse temperature-controlled?

Our facility operates at ambient room temperature, which is suitable for most general merchandise. If your goods require special conditions, we’re happy to explore tailored storage options.

5. How do I know my goods are safe?

Every item is logged on arrival and tracked through every stage of the fulfilment process. Our systems ensure inventory accuracy, and our facility is fully insured for peace of mind.

3. How fast can you dispatch orders?

Orders placed before the cut-off time are usually picked, packed, and shipped the same day. We prioritise accuracy and speed to ensure consistent delivery times.
